Practical, evidence-based workshops designed to equip your team with the tools and mindset to flourish.
Working Better Together is a practical, interactive workshop designed to help teams strengthen how they work with one another and reset shared expectations where needed. It supports teams to build respectful, trusting, and more connected ways of working by developing a common understanding of behaviours, communication, and accountability.
The workshop is particularly effective as a team reset following periods of change, increased pressure, or emerging tension. It provides a structured and psychologically safe opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign on how the team wants to work together going forward. Participants explore how mindset and everyday responses influence team culture, and how shifting from reactive to more deliberate, constructive behaviours can improve collaboration and trust.
Simple, accessible frameworks and tools are introduced to support open, honest, and caring communication. Common myths about trust, conflict, and team dynamics are unpacked, with a focus on what helps people feel safe, valued, and able to contribute. The emphasis is on practical application, shared language, and clear ownership, enabling teams to address issues early and strengthen day-to-day interactions.
Delivered in person, the workshop equips every participant with tools they can apply immediately, reinforcing that team culture is shaped through everyday conversations and behaviours.
Suitable for intact teams or groups working closely together. Can be delivered as:
The workshop can be delivered to people leaders and their teams, or to team members alone.
This practical, in-person workshop supports people leaders to strengthen everyday conversations with their team members by developing core coaching and communication skills, including active listening, reflecting, paraphrasing, and asking purposeful, open-ended questions.
Participants will learn how to build trust, foster psychological safety, and have more effective conversations around performance, wellbeing, and development. Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, leaders will gain tools to listen with intent, respond with clarity, and support staff growth in a way that encourages accountability, engagement, and collaboration.
This workshop is particularly suited to frontline and middle managers who want to build confidence in their people conversations and create a more respectful, people-focused workplace culture.
This practical workshop supports people leaders to build the confidence, structure, and skills needed to give clear, respectful feedback that strengthens performance while maintaining positive working relationships. Using well-established feedback principles and coaching-based frameworks, leaders learn how to balance honesty with empathy, and how to adapt their approach to different individuals and situations.
The workshop focuses on building an everyday feedback culture, not just managing difficult conversations. Participants practise preparing and delivering feedback, responding constructively to resistance, and maintaining respect and trust in challenging situations. A safe, supportive learning environment allows leaders to rehearse real workplace scenarios before applying the tools in their own teams.
Delivery can be in person or online and is designed to meet leaders where they are, with practical, real-world application at its core.
Frontline and middle people leaders, including those new to leadership or seeking greater confidence in performance, conduct, and wellbeing conversations.

Mastering Adversity Together is a four-week, skills-based learning series designed to support mental wellbeing and sustained performance in complex, fast-paced work environments. The programme equips participants with practical strategies to manage attention, stress, and challenge more effectively, supporting resilience, focus, and constructive decision-making at work.
The sessions draw on contemporary psychological and neuroscience research and can be tailored to align with organisational context and culture. Each one-hour module is delivered in person or virtually to small, interactive groups of up to 12 participants. Participants receive a practical handout after each session to support application between modules.
The programme is delivered over four weeks, with one session per week. This spacing allows participants to practise and embed the tools in their day-to-day work, supporting habit formation and longer-term impact compared with a single intensive workshop.
Participants explore the role of attention in productivity, decision-making, and wellbeing. The session introduces practical techniques to improve focus and awareness, helping participants recognise how emotions and impulses influence behaviour at work.
This module examines how the brain and body respond to pressure. Participants identify their own stress patterns and learn evidence-based techniques to reduce reactivity and improve emotional regulation in demanding situations.
Focusing on common thinking patterns under pressure, this session helps participants learn how to pause, reframe, and respond more deliberately. Techniques for cultivating positive emotional states are introduced to support resilience and sustained energy.
Participants learn strategies to interrupt unhelpful thought spirals and focus attention on what is within their control. The session supports clearer thinking and more confident responses when navigating uncertainty and change.
Suitable for employees at all levels. Particularly beneficial for people working in high-pressure roles, periods of change, or complex stakeholder environments. This programme is preventative and skills-based, not therapeutic.
Bringing your team together — whether for an offsite, strategy day, or wellbeing session — is a powerful opportunity. But too often, leaders find themselves juggling facilitation, timekeeping, and participation… and missing out on being part of the conversation itself.
That's where I come in. As your external facilitator, I work with you to design and guide the day so you can fully participate. Listening, contributing, and leading in a way that truly connects with your team.
Together, we'll create a session that is purposeful, engaging, and, most importantly, enjoyable.
Time away from the day-to-day to reconnect, reset, and strengthen how your team works together.
I create team off sites that:
These sessions don't have to be confined to a conference room. I've facilitated off sites in a variety of environments, including outdoors. One client chose to combine their session with a walk across Auckland, creating space for more open, natural conversations while still achieving meaningful outcomes.
Move beyond surface-level discussions and into meaningful, focused outcomes.
I help your team:
Support your team to flourish — because when people feel better, they work better.

Having an external facilitator changes the dynamic of the day.
No two teams are the same, so no two sessions are either. Every event is designed specifically for your team, your context, and your goals. I draw on world-class tools and approaches, including:
This combination creates both practical outcomes and deeper, lasting shifts in how your team connects and performs.
